While they have blessed Irvington with a unique pastoral style, they have also been used mightily by God in evangelistic ministry. Bishop Bourn has preached numerous lengthy revivals all over the United States, Mexico, and Central America. With 50 years of experience preaching the Gospel, he has a tremendous wealth of wisdom, knowledge, faith, and spiritual strength to offer churches everywhere that are in need of revival and spiritual healing. Bishop Bourn preached his first message at the age of 11, preaching to a crowd of children in a chicken coop. One received the baptism of the Holy Ghost! They evangelized for many years until their first pastorate in Pine Grove, Mississippi. For nine years, the Pine Grove United Pentecostal Church flourished under their ministry. They then was elected pastor of Park Drive Pentecostal Church in McComb, Mississippi where they also pastored for nine years. After leaving McComb, they traveled once again as an evangelist. His evangelistic ministry has been characterized by the miraculous. He has seen the dead raised, the blind eyes opened, and the deaf ears unstopped. He has seen crippled limbs straightened, broken bones healed, and cancers removed by the hand of God. He has seen diabetic conditions reversed, brain tumors disappear, and lives delivered from Satanic oppression. Bro. Bourn has taught at Jackson College of Ministries and at Bible conferences nationwide. Many agree that both the titles and the content of Bro. Bourn’s messages are unforgettable. His intense study and understanding of the Word of God and his unique and anointed style of preaching are gifts from God. It is these gifts that have created a coveted and sought after ministry that is infinitely effective in bringing revival, faith and strength to the body of Christ everywhere.
